Instructions:
Remove the dish 20 minutes before to let it come to room temperature, especially if you have a Portuguese ceramic dish.
Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the dish 20 minutes before to let it come to room temperature.
Place the dish with the lid or aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it is hot. The goal is to simply reheat the food as the lamb and potatoes are already partially cooked.
